Our pricing model follows a Pay-as-you-go structure. 

The subscription fee for hosting and maintenance is $2 per month per form.

While most companies typically charge a minimum of $39.99 for subscription fees each month, we maintain a more cost-effective approach.

In the event of any form changes or modification requests, there is a service fee of $9.99 per form for each change or modification.
